Girls Gone Wild
Thursday, September 2nd
Several months ago the title company my company uses offered to take my department on a private boat ride around Newport Beach Harbor. I never got around to posting up the pictures from that night...until now.
Our Ride:
Now for some reason someone said we would be going out on a yacht. When I think of yachts I think of sails and rich people. When we got there it wasn't what I expected but still a nice looking boat.
A 3 hour tour....a 3 hour tour....
My Coworkers:
I can't say enough how much I like my coworkers. I mean, I love my job but my coworkers are what make it worth coming in every day.
Ever since the movie Titanic came out in 1997 every time people are on a boat someone has to go to the bow and of course......
say they are the "KingQueens of the World"
Ok I've noticed I have several signature poses in my picture and here is signature face #43.
Hahhah I kinda look like a pirate.
Two of my coworkers actually know each other out of the office because my coworker Holly is dating my coworkers Michelle's little brother.
I'm such a bastard.
There were 12 people in all on that boat and that's all it took to have one of the best times of my life. It was my first experience of that type and if given the chance I would do it again.
See I told you guys I had white friends.
Just one more drink...
Well besides fun people there were two things that contributed to me enjoying this night. The first was sushi.
We just grabbed them out of the water and ate them.
The other was alcohol.
Hahahahah I kept on telling everyone I had Lil' Jon's Goblet.
Well since everyone was drinking it loosened everyone up and we started to get a little crazier and crazier as the night went on.
Shouln't she be sitting in my lap?
Uhmm....we'll skip this one.
Life is good.

Reflection:
I've said it before but I love being near the ocean. Something about just listening to the crashing waves or being memorized by reflections in the water allows me to just live in the moment.

i actually have quite a bit of family out in so cal. usually go out there a few times every year. i might be transferring out to my company's LA office in the future, we'll see. but yeah, i miss the viet food out there. the pho i had was pretty damn nasty. i knew i should've just spent the 5 hours and made it myself.
beer pong is great man, very simple game, so much fun, so much drunken debauchery...i will show you sometime
how lovely that private cruise seemed. i am so afraid of drowning that i dont normally have a good time on boats. hehe just wanted to share that thought...

geez in all of your pictures you look like you are having balls of fun. yacht parties are fun, although anything to do with water sea ocean makes me want to puke. i m very sensitive to movement meaning i get sea sick quite easily even from a tad bit of rocking. nice pictures as always. :flowers:

Ahahah not this weekend!! Im not having any more clubbin nights!~ im settling down coz uni has just started this semester so im trying to stay low in the clubs....except my trip to sydney next week for the weekend! =)

ryc: lol...ummm...just a reflection from watching the show, Family Matters. had to do with an engagement ring being intended for someone else and the husband initially couldn't and didn't understand when he ended up marrying her...anyway...that made me think about stuff in general and i wanted to write it down before it slips my mind. :wink:
The best part about work is when you actually get along with your team! I'm glad you all are really close with them--it makes a huge difference on those stressful times! It's all about company culture! I started working in my career field at the end of Sept 2004, hopefully I'll get to become even closer and remain positive all the time with my coworkers too!
I don't want to ever feel like..I hate my job, I hate everyone at my job too..you know!
