Question of The Day:
Every year over 100 Million people pack into living rooms & all over the country to enjoy Super Bowl Sunday. But what everyone knows is at least 50 million people watch no other football games other than the Super Bowl. In fact they probably aren’t even paying attention to the game. Why is this you may ask? It’s because of the question on everyone’s mind the next day.
No…..it’s not who won the Super Bowl, or how much junk food and alcohol you had. The question on everyone’s mind on Monday morning is.
WHAT WAS YOUR FAVORITE SUPERBOWL COMMERCIAL?My Choice:
For me this year it was an easy choice. Snickers is actually my favorite candy bar and to have them bust out with the best commercial of the night was a nice surprise.

The Game:
I spent my Super Bowl Sunday kicking it with good friends (Michelle, Steve, Ken, Hoang, Kim & Brent) at Steve’s house. We watched the game on Steve’s new HDTV and we indulged in chili dogs, chips w/ salsa and cheese, bruschetta, brownies, ice cream, & beer. Good times….
The game while it wasn’t that pretty was great in my eyes because I was rooting for the Indianapolis Colts to win. I’m happy to see Peyton Manning finally get his ring to go with the exceptional football he plays year in and year out. Goes to show you hard work does pay off.

haha…that is a good commercial. i love the “quick, do something manly” part…lol! anyway, i agree with irene…how could you leave out the rock paper scissors commercial? that one was awesome! i put that on my xanga.
my favorite was the budlight commercial!! so funny. (=
definitely good movies out there right now. pan’s labryinth, children of men, and i also hear dreamgirls is awesome. i’m waiting for the number 23 and of course…spiderman 3!!!

Snickers really sucks to begin with having all that sick gooey caramel. But then they had to go with that insulting homophobic commercial. What were they thinking, appeal to those who hate the sight of two males kissing, and if they are repulsed by that someone will be appetized to eat some Snickers? Spare me.

ryc: i dunno about eating it harder when you ski, but everytime i fall when snowboarding i go face first… which is something im not too fond of ahha. it sure does look worse when you fall while skiing though, poles go one way, skis fall off and go another way, and youre stuck in the midst of it all flailing about like a fish out of water
i didn’t watch the game on sunday. but i hear the snickers commercial was funny. all i need to know is that i won the bet and i’ll be getting my 3 course meal. =D
i’ll probably sleep in and do little bit here and there. go bowling, take my past students to the museum of natural history, and celebrate my birthday by making my friends take me out to dinner. =P

favorite commericial this year goes to Bud light, it was the one where two guys were playing rock, paper,scissors to see who gets the last budlight, then on the count to 3, one guy threw a piece of rock at the other, knocked him out and took the beer.
but favorite superbowl commericial ever has to be those hot sweaty girls demonstrating the use of power tools. (benni’s ” satisfaction” video)
