    I'm a master with the etch-a-sketch and decided I would try to copy one of my favorite artist's masterpieces to etch-a-sketch.  Tell me how you think I did?

  • I really miss the old etch-a-sketch.  This thing was fun, but nothing is quite like the tactile feeling of holding the actual toy in your hand and feeling the weight of the sand swish around as you draw with the two little knobs.  This makes me want to go out and buy one again. :) Just for old times sake.

    I need to play with my legos first, though.

    i remember those.  i actually once saw a special on etchasketch fanatics.. and they have some crazy crazy sketches.. those fanatics have conventions and hold their pieces dear.

  • wow...  i loved etch a sketch as a kid too.    didn't create such artwork wit it though...  just many scribbles and lines that don't connect wit' one another. hahaha..    n e whoo, about da whole respect between men and women: i just realized that mah good friend (who is a male) doesn't really respect women b/c i noticed a few times that he referred to women as bitches.  arrghhh...  plus, he has too many gender related issues that cause me to go nuts on him.  patriarchal thoughts and whatnot.  n e whoo, nice etch a sketches.  keep up da interestin' entries!!!

  • heyyy Lan!  Are you really gonna move to AZ?!  Why?!  haha.  For some reason I get the answer, "I just need to get out of CA" a lot, while us former Californians all want to move back.  anyHoOo...yeah, we have ski resorts here in AZ!  We actually have 4 I think...2 bigger ones, 2 not worth mentioning.  We go to Snowbowl b/c it's nearby (2 hrs from Phx) and Sunrise (supposedly better) is around 3.5 or so hrs away.  If you need anymore info about AZ, I'm your info girl!  haha.

    BTW, I finally got to read your "Personal" Xanga entry on grave's and left ya a comment =]

  • one of my friends was like the queen of etch-a-sketch... she made really detailed images and shit with the etch-a-sketches.. it was hella crajee.. @_@

    at one point, i had one of them mini ones that were part of a pen.. that one sucked major balls. =[
